As said the Real Culprit is the Sound Scheme So to solve the issue we will be Changing few things in Sound Settings. Lets get Started.
Step 1: Click On Start and Search for "Sound", Click on the Result that shows Sound Control Panel.

Step 2: Next, Sound window will pop up, Click on "Sound" tab and Change Sound Scheme to Windows Default Just like shown in Below Picture, Click OK.

  • You can also Right Click on Desktop, Click on Personalize.
  • Next on Personalization Settings, Click On Themes.
  • Then Click on Theme Settings.
  • Choose Windows 10 Theme.

What if I cannot even access the control panel. File Explorer, Start, everything is disabled and I get File System Error 1073741819 when I click on any file folder. The Start option is not even responsivee
